1. Are you factory or trading company?

We are factory for paper products with more than 10 years experience. We own hundreds sets of equipment, dust-free workshops and various production lines.

2. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

We will quote based on your detailed request, kindly provide key information if you know, such as size, material thickness, design, quantity, package, etc.

3. Do you accept customized orders?

Yes, we do. We can provide OEM and ODM service. Most of our orders are customized according to yours. Such as the color, pattern, size, thickness, packaging, all can be customized accordingly. 

4. Can I get a sample before placing order?

Yes, you can. We can provide our existing sample in same quality material for free. If your own design customized sample, will charge you sample fee. The cost is different for different designs.Please contact us to know more.

5. Are your products safe for food contact?

Of course yes, our products are made of food grade paper, fully comply with domestic and international food packaging safety requirements. And we have passed the ISO9001:2015, FSC, BSCI, SEDEX, FDA and SGS Certification.

6. How do you control your quality before shipping?

We have a quality control management system from the selection of raw material to the production processes. Our workers and QC will strictly control the quality in every step before shipping. We can share picture or video for you. You also can arrange the third-party inspection company to come to our factory for inspection.

7. What’s your lead time?

It depends on the order quantity. Once your artwork or sample are confirmed, we can ship them within 15-30 days.

8. Why there is a big difference in the price for the same products?

Because there are many factors will affect the price, such as material cost, printing cost, set-on machine cost, labor cost, etc. Usually for the similar products, different material and workmanship will make the price in a big different.
